Hatio SEA is the Malaysian branch that focuses on three main products: Operato WMS, Operato MMS and Operato Hub. HatioLab’s Warehouse Management System and Marketplace Management System are webapp systems which integrate with clients’ warehouses and online stores respectively to provide visibility and automation for a business’ orders, inventories and sales. As such, Hatio SEA’s clients include SMEs and third-party logistics providers.

Responsibilities
Backend development in a large monorepo following the Agile based methodology with cross-country teams
- Developed and enhanced TypeGraphQL resolver middle-ware to sync warehouse stock and orders with external APIs
- Designed and implemented Typescript REST API endpoints and led a team of 2 interns
- Developed and deployed Apache Airflow Python DAGs to increase repeatability, reliability and scalability of API calls
- Spearheaded R&D and implementation of end-to-end testing unit testing to solidify test results and rapidly increase deployment speed of features and bug fixes in bi-weekly sprints as part of our DevOps practices
- Increased QA testing efficiency and repeatability through Bash scripting automation
